At MarysPaws, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange, or refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, and you will need your order number.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
If the item is defective or incorrect, there is no need to send it back. Simply email us clear photos of the issue so we can review it with our printing partner.
Once verified, you can choose either:
- A replacement of the original item, or
- A full refund
Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and make sure you're happy with your order.
Returns Due to Size Changes or Buyer’s Remorse
If you ordered the wrong size or simply changed your mind, we’re happy to accept a return or exchange.
To qualify:
- The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The customer is responsible for return shipping
Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

Include your order number and a short explanation of the reason for the return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and shipping address.
Please note:
Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Digital products
- Custom or personalized items
- Special orders

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
